Tim is a procurement specialist, senior project manager, civil engineer and waste manager, with over twenty years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
He has delivered both planning and implementation phase projects for government agencies, utilities, funders/developers, upstream oil and gas, manufacturers and power clients. He has worked at all stages of the asset lifecycle; from feasibility and due diligence, the preparation of planning applications and environmental impact assessments, design, procurement and to construction and commissioning. His experience spans the globe having worked on projects in Australia, Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East, South Asia, South East Asia and the South Pacific.
He has more than 15 years of experience advising governments and developers on both procurement strategy and the subsequent procurement of infrastructure and services including power concessions, professional services and various infrastructure in the energy, waste management and defence sectors. His international experience of energy infrastructure, feedstock suitability, procurement and power purchase agreements means Tim understands the key technical and commercial risks associated with the development and operation of projects and offers independent, pragmatic and comprehensive advice to governments and developers alike.
