Remote sensing blog

Welcome to Ricardo's real-driving emissions blog

Here, Dr David Carslaw presents leading insight and analysis from Ricardo's work measuring real world emissions from across the UK vehicle fleet.

Ricardo's remote sensing real-driving emissions database is the largest of its kind in the UK. The data is being used by a range of public and private sector organisations to better understand, and mitigate, the impact of vehicle emissions on health and the environment.
